Oregon Contemporary provides free public programming to ensure the arts remain accessible to all. To protect our mission and the fair compensation of our artists, our resources—including gallery space, staff time, and exhibitions—may not be used for unauthorized financial gain or private purposes.

• Commercial Use: The reselling of free tours or the use of our spaces for private events without a formal rental agreement is strictly prohibited.

• Nonprofit & Organized Groups: To ensure our limited staff can remain focused on our primary visionary programs, all organized groups—including fellow nonprofits—must utilize our official rental or partnership channels. We offer discounted rates for nonprofit partners to keep our space accessible while respecting organizational capacity.
